I was going to get the Brikka for moka with more espresso-like qualities but I noticed that Bialetti makes something called the Moka Crèm as well. Because you already have a Moka pot it would not seem to make much sense to buy a Brikka unless you have a need for two pots. The real question that only you can determine the answer to is whether moka coffee is satisfactory or not. If not then spend some more money on a decent espresso machine. A standard moka brews at ~2 bar, versus true espresso brewing at ~9 bar. It seems I've been lucky with my Brikka, the valve hasn't caused me any problems and I get good espresso-like coffee every time.

The Brikka makes a good cup of coffee but the backpressure valve always gets stuck causing inconsistent amounts and strength/taste for the end product you get in your cup. I’ll be buying a Moka pot first chance I get to be rid of the ridiculous back pressure valve that hardly works on the Brikka.

Get a milk frother separately. I have both a Bialetti Moka Express and a Bialetti Brikka. I love them both, but there's differences between the two. The Brikka has an additional weighted valve that slightly increases the pressure used to create the brew. When used properly, the result is a crema-like layer that's quite lovely.
